The Art of Intelligence brings the beauty, intrigue, and wonder of CIA’s Intelligence Art Collection to the public. If CIA’s mission is to “go where others cannot go,” then the Intelligence Art Collection’s mission is to “go where the CIA Museum cannot go.” When there are no artifacts to showcase seminal moments in CIA history – as is often the case in the business of intelligence – the Museum relies on artistry to interpret events and tell the rich history of intelligence. The Art of Intelligence brings these works, many of which live at CIA Headquarters, to the general public so that they may live the exciting and oftentimes harrowing moments that have shaped today’s intelligence community.
